| Broker, accountant,
entrepreneur & dealmaker, Weston A. Jones
has extensive financial and real estate experience,
having started several pioneering companies in
the Real Estate Industry. One such company that
Mr. Jones co-founded was one of the first full-service,
online residential real estate brokerage firms.
Mr. Jones received
his BA in Accounting and Marketing from the
Indiana University with Honors. He then earned
an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real
Estate at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Jones
is a licensed California Real Estate Broker,
and a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Jones started his career
at Price Waterhouse and after passing his CPA
exam on the first sitting received his Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. He offers
years of executive senior level management experience,
including acting as Chief Operating Officer
(COO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and President in Real
Estate and various personal start-up companies.
Mr. Jones has written numerous
articles about the Real Estate Industry, including

During the last several years,
Mr. Jones has developed numerous relationships
with Real Estate Investment Funds, REITs, Banks,
Insurance Companies, Hedge Funds and other Trust
Deed Brokers. Mr. Jones founded Mentor Financial
Group and is dedicated to developing a world-class
customer service, underwriting and processing
framework that the industry demands.
Mr. Jones lives in San
Diego with his wife. His passions include biking,
watching movies and savoring fine wine and food

Mrs. Jones received
her undergraduate degree with a concentration
in Business Administration from University
of San Diego with Honors. She offers management
experience, including acting as Director
of Marketing and Project Manager in emerging
technologies within start-up and several
other companies. Mrs.
Jones manages and grows significant loan
portfolios with a focus toward developing
solid business relationships for the company.
She is responsible for conducting interviews
with potential clients, performing a preliminary
pre-qualification to ensure each borrower,
based on the information disclosed, qualifies
for their selected program and requested
loan amount and works with principals
to close in the selling process.
Mrs. Jones offers business
experience, having started several companies
in San Diego, CA. One such company that
Mrs. Jones founded was a full service
marketing / advertising and consulting
firm established in San Diego, CA. During
the last several years, Mrs. Jones has
developed several relationships with banks,
Real Estate professionals, Venture Capitalists
and other Trust Deed Brokers.
